PACE is an ONLINE ONLY study
PACE (Physical Activity Choices Everyday). PACE is testing new strategies for weight management and physical activity promotion. PACE participants will be given access to a free 4-month internet behavioral weight loss program. Those who lose at least 5% of their initial body weight during the program will be eligible to participate in a 4-month weight loss maintenance trial. Individuals in the maintenance trial will receive a online group-based weight loss maintenance program and use a mobile app to do brief daily activities to help reach diet and exercise goals. There is no cost to participate.
