Parking Validation: Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you. We will validate your parking ticket for your visit.
From I-91 North: Take exit 29A (Capitol Area), exit on the left. Merge onto Whitehead Highway and take first exit (Columbus Blvd), exit on the right. Turn right onto Columbus Blvd and continue 0.3 miles to State St. Turn left onto State St, and then take the first right onto Market St. Continue 1 block and take a right onto Kinsley St. Enter the second parking garage on right, marked Kinsley Street South Garage.
From I-91 South: Take exit 31 (State St). At the second light, turn right onto Market St. At the next light, turn right onto Kinsley St. Enter the second parking garage on right, marked Kinsley Street South Garage.
From I-84 East: Take exit 50 (Main St). Continue passed 2 traffic lights. At the third light, turn right onto Market St. Continue straight and then turn left onto Kinsley St. Enter the second parking garage on right, marked Kinsley Street South Garage.
From I-84 West: Take exit 54 (Downtown Hartford). Cross over the Founders Bridge (CT River). Continue through the traffic light at end of bridge, and then turn right onto Market St. Take a right turn at the next light onto Kinsley St. Enter the second parking garage on right, marked Kinsley Street South Garage.
Entry to One Constitution Plaza Lobby: From the parking garage, access One Constitution Plaza Lobby via P4 level stairwell, located at the center of the garage, or by elevator, located on Kinsley St. side of the garage. In the lobby, sign in at the security desk. Take the elevator to the sixth floor. Once you arrive on the sixth floor, follow signs to the UCONN Weight Management Research Group office.
